Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 1–3 years of hands-on production experience.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Evening/night/weekend work may be required.
• Speed and precision with equipment and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in post-harvest plant processing including drying, curing, trimming, packaging, labeling, and sanitation.
• Operate trimming machinery and weigh/record product.
• Dispose of plant waste in a compliant manner.
• Maintain clean, organized work environment.
• Follow management directions and SOPs.
