Compensation is $18-30+/hour based on experience, plus structured pay increases over the first 6 months.

The Job:

• Construct pre-engineered post frame structures.
• Operate basic hand and power tools.
• Work from ladders and aerial work platforms up to 35 feet off the ground.
• Stable income and reliable year-round work.
• Work outside in a variety of elements.
• Learn and develop carpentry, framing, and construction techniques.
