Job summary

Kansas-City-Chiefs seeks a Part-Time Post Clean Supervisor to lead temporary labor crews during post-event cleanup with a strong focus on recycling and waste diversion. You will supervise crews, coordinate 15+ workers, and work with the Stadium Services team to promote sustainability throughout events.

The role requires flexible hours including weekends/evenings, the ability to operate UTVs and haul trailers, and a commitment to environmental stewardship and accurate data reporting on waste

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/evenings.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience in recycling, composting, or waste management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide cleaning crews with a focus on sustainability and waste diversion.
• Provide clear direction to labor teams of 15+ workers.
• Manage labor resources efficiently to meet sustainability goals.
• Motivate team members and foster environmental responsibility.
• Enforce recycling and composting protocols to reduce landfill waste.
• Operate UTVs and haul trailers containing sorted waste.
• Maintain organized inventory of sustainability supplies.
• Accurately complete labor ticket timecards and sustainability tracking forms.
• Assist with data collection and reporting on waste diversion metrics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
