Job summary

The University of Houston System's Chemistry department seeks candidates to apply comprehensive knowledge in a specialized discipline, develop leadership skills, and manage cross-functional projects.

Duties include receiving and reviewing progress, evaluating results of experiments, recommending changes in procedures, and overseeing technical equipment and personnel.

• Operates with latitude for unreviewed action.
• May receive general supervision conferring with higher levels only in unusual situations.
• Performs other job-related duties as required.

No experience is required.
