• Ph.D. in scientific disciplines of Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Physics or related fields.
• Record of publication in peer reviewed journals and presentations/posters at scientific conferences.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliability of manufacturing and quality systems.
• Design and develop inspection strategies and control systems for parenteral drug products.
• Design, conduct and analyze statistically designed experiments (PoD, Knapp zones) for inspection optimization.
• Evaluate AI-based strategies for defect detection performance.
• Mentor lab associates and participate in technology transfer when needed.
