Designing and conducting research experiments related to trait mapping, candidate gene identification and validation in, predominantly, sorghum and switchgrass Participating, as needed, in molecular analyses on other projects ongoing in the lab. Assisting with field and greenhouse work associated with the project or, if needed, other ongoing projects Communicating regularly and in a timely fashion with the PI regarding research and other issues relevant to the operation of the laboratory.
