Qualifications

• Functional understanding of organic chemistry as applied to stability of peptides and biomolecules and characterization methods (preferred)
• Understanding of first principles that may impact absorption/desorption properties of various materials of construction.
• Demonstrated record of scientific achievement
• Demonstrated problem solving abilities
• Ability to work well independently, as well as in teams
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Ensuring reliability of manufacturing processes and systems
• Continuously searching for, developing and implementing improvements
• Driving technical projects in a rigorous manner for robust implementation
• Maintaining processes in compliance with US and global regulations
• Designing and developing drug processes and delivery systems
• Travel 0 – 10%
