MetaProp is seeking a Post Closing Coordinator based in New York City to manage closed loan packages and ensure compliance. This role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment with competitive compensation between $58K and $60K, including equity ownership.

You will work closely with various stakeholders in mortgage operations, ensuring accuracy and speed in loan processing. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least 2 years of experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in loan processing or mortgages.
• Skilled at monitoring loan production pipelines.
• Experience in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Verify closed loan packages for compliance.
• Communicate with Mortgage Loan Officers and third parties.
• Resolve suspense items identified by investors.
