Reports To: Mortgage Verification Manager
Base Rate: $19 - $22 per hour

Job Description: As a Post-Closing Mortgage Representative, you will be reviewing closed loan files and re-verifying information from the loan application, such as employment / income, assets and undisclosed liabilities. In addition, the role includes researching and entering information accurately into the company database, which generates detail-oriented reports based on the findings. Attention to Detail: The ability to meticulously review mortgage documents, conduct database searches, and identify discrepancies in information.
Data Analysis: Proficiency in quickly analyzing and interpreting data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
Time Management: Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and handle tasks efficiently, especially during high-volume periods.
Record Keeping: Strong organizational skills to maintain comprehensive and orderly records of all submissions.
Confidentiality: Adherence to strict confidentiality standards when handling sensitive and confidential data related to mortgage applications.
Computer Proficiency: Comfort and skill in navigating computer systems, including data entry at a minimum of 50 words per minute, and a good understanding of Microsoft products.
