Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate with lien claimants
  • Write reports for clients
  • Summarize recent case law and updates
  • Perform other duties as assigned by attorneys

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent writing, proofreading, spelling, and grammar skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Dropbox or other shared cloud storage
  • Ability to interact effectively with the public, clients, and employees; maintain confidentiality and use discretion and tact; work independently in the absence of specific instruction
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Critical thinking skills, problem-solving ability, and pride in work product are essential.

Compensation: $71,000+ for full-time Note: The ideal candidate will be hard-working, inquisitive, and willing to take initiative. This is a fast-paced position that requires excellent verbal and written communication skills.
