Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years of related experience; or a combination of education and related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist PIs and staff with maintaining project records including notices of award and procurement documents.
• Interpret sponsor guidelines and ensure spend aligns with regulations.
• Assist in determining allowability of expenses and compliance across awarded funds.
• Review monthly expenditures and provide reports to PIs and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with departmental staff on effort reporting and faculty buy-outs.
• Initiate post-award actions like no-cost extensions, award setup, and close-outs.
