Job summary

The University of Oklahoma, a flagship public institution, seeks a Post Award Grant Manager to oversee the full post-award lifecycle of sponsored projects within the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology in the College of Medicine. You will be the primary financial contact for investigators and staff, coordinating with offices across the university to ensure compliance and timely reporting.

Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and at least 24 months of related experience;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.
• Minimum 24 months of related experience required.
• Equivalent substitution: 48 months experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full post-award lifecycle of sponsored projects including account setup, expenditure monitoring, and budget reconciliation.
• Perform effort certification, financial reporting, and project closeout in collaboration with research administration.
• Serve as primary contact for principal investigators, research staff, and department leadership on financial matters.

To achieve this mission, the department seeks a Post Award Grant Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for principal investigators, research staff, and department leadership on sponsored project financial matters.

This position is responsible for the full post-award lifecycle of federal, state, industry-sponsored research awards and contract agreements, including account setup, expenditure monitoring, effort certification, budget reconciliation, financial reporting, and closeout. The Post Award Grant Manager will also work closely with the Office of Research Administration, Grants and Contracts Accounting, and collaborate when needed with other departments within the College of Medicine.

Required Education and Experience:
