Job summary

The University of Oklahoma’s Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology, College of Medicine, seeks a Post Award Grant Manager to oversee the financial aspects of sponsored projects.

You will be the primary contact for principal investigators, research staff, and department leadership on post-award matters, managing account setup, expenditure monitoring, budgeting, and closeout in coordination with relevant offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 24 months of related experience.
• Will accept 48 months experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree for a total of 72 months experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full post-award lifecycle of federal, state, industry-sponsored research awards and contract agreements, including account setup, expenditure monitoring, effort certification, budget reconciliation, financial reporting, and closeout.
• Collaborate with the Office of Research Administration, Grants and Contracts Accounting, and other College of Medicine departments as needed.

Targeted salary of $50,300, depending on education and experience.

To achieve this mission, the department seeks a Post Award Grant Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for principal investigators, research staff, and department leadership on sponsored project financial matters.

This position is responsible for the full post-award lifecycle of federal, state, industry-sponsored research awards and contract agreements, including account setup, expenditure monitoring, effort certification, budget reconciliation, financial reporting, and closeout. The Post Award Grant Manager will also work closely with the Office of Research Administration, Grants and Contracts Accounting, and collaborate when needed with other departments within the College of Medicine.
