The Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation is seeking a collaborative professional to provide comprehensive support to post-award research administration, sponsored projects, procurement and administrative operations. The position works with faculty, staff, department leadership, Principal Investigators, research teams, hospital affiliates, and central campus partners to coordinate complex operational and sponsored-project activities while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance. The role combines day-to-day departmental support with post-award research administration, procurement and travel.
Remote given small FTE. However, if the FTE increases at any point, the department will reassess the hybrid workspace.

The starting hiring range for this hourly position has been established as: $26.24 - $35.16/hour
The above salary range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Overtime eligibility will be determined based on the approved classification.
