Job summary

Orizon-3aa43f1d is seeking a Post Assembly Sealant Technician to perform sealant and brushcoat operations on major and sub-assemblies, ensuring adherence to BAC specifications. You will prepare materials, load sealant guns, and apply seals to system components while following blueprints and instructions.

The role includes self-inspection, non-conformance reporting, and assisting with helium leak tests and functional checks.

Qualifications

• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and parts lists to perform sealant and coating tasks.
• Perform nonconformance review and document repairs or rework as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and prevent Foreign Object Debris (FOD).

Responsibilities

• Prepare work by gathering tools and materials per instructions.
• Apply sealant and brushcoat to major and sub-assembly areas per specifications.
• Self-inspect and report non-conformances to supervision.
• Support HLT (helium leak test) operations and functional tests for leaks.
• Adhere to safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
• Maintain production schedule and meet quality and productivity goals.
• Work extended hours, overtime, and weekends as required.
