Job summary

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• BSN degree from an accredited institution. BSN required as of last update.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess: perform comprehensive assessments of physical, social, and psychological status and gather information from the multidisciplinary team.
• Plan: develop an individualized plan of care with patient and family involvement.
• Implement: coordinate and deliver care through the interdisciplinary team while managing time, supplies, and resources.
• Evaluate: monitor outcomes, revise the care plan as needed, and reassess changes.
