Job summary

Othello Post Acute in Othello, WA is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team on a full-time day shift. You will coordinate and provide direct resident care, supervise CNAs and LPNs, and ensure care meets regulatory standards.

We offer competitive pay between $45.00 and $53.00 per hour, a $3,000 sign-on bonus paid over the first 6 months, relocation reimbursement up to $5,000, and generous benefits including health coverage and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State RN license or eligibility to obtain before start date.
• Graduate of an accredited nurs­ing program (ADN or BSN accepted).
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to high-quality resident care.
• SNF or post-acute care experience preferred, but new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate nursing care for residents, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration
• Monitor and document residents’ conditions and communicate changes promptly to physicians and families
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, and update care plans
• Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs, providing guidance and feedback as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, infection control protocols, and facility policies
• Respond to emergencies quickly and appropriately to ensure resident safety
