Job summary

TeamHealth is seeking a quality‑driven nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our post-acute care team in Puyallup, Washington. This is a full-time weekend opportunity (4 days/week) with rounding in skilled nursing facilities, excellent support and training, autonomy, and earning potential.

You will collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality care to a diverse patient population and participate in onboarding and leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• WA NP or PA license and DEA registration required.
• Post-acute, acute, ED, or clinic experience preferred; new grads welcome.
• Strong clinical foundation with healthcare regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and physical exams.
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans.
• Monitor progress and coordinate care with the team.
• Educate patients and families on health management.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulations.
