Job summary

TeamHealth is seeking a clinician to join our post-acute care team in Puyallup, WA. This part-time, temporary role (4 days/week) involves rounding in skilled nursing facilities with strong support, autonomy, and earning potential on a fee-for-service basis.

You will perform patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care for diverse patient populations.

Qualifications

• Must have WA NP or PA license and DEA.
• New grads welcome to apply; post-acute/ED experience preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical foundation and regulatory knowledge essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and histories.
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans.
• Monitor progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other clinicians.
• Educate patients and families on health management and prevention.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulations.
