This full-time role features a four-day schedule (Fri–Mon) with autonomy and strong support while caring for patients in skilled nursing facilities.

The position includes night call coverage, onboarding with clinical mentorship, and a comprehensive benefits package with CME resources and liability coverage.

Qualifications

• Tennessee NP or PA license and DEA required.
• Post Acute Care experience preferred; new graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in skilled nursing facilities with clinical autonomy.
• Collaborate with the care team and participate in night call coverage.
• Support onboarding and ongoing clinical mentorship programs.
