Post-Acute Care Physician Lancaster County, PA Penn State Health Post-Acute Care is seeking a full-time Board Certified/Board Eligible Physician to join our growing team providing exceptional care to patients in rehabilitation and long-term care settings. This is an outstanding opportunity for a physician who values clinical autonomy, meaningful patient relationships, and a highly collaborative care environment.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive medical care at one, and no more than two, high-quality long-term care communities in suburban Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. You will work alongside a dedicated Penn State Health Advanced Practice Clinician at each site, delivering patient-centered care that improves outcomes and enhances quality of life for older adults and post-acute patients.
