Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field with relevant experience.
• Experience supporting individuals with mental illness/ID/DD.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments using indirect and direct methods.
• Develop data-driven Behavior Support Plans based on FBA findings.
• Lead staff training on positive behavioral support techniques.
• Maintain thorough documentation of assessments and plans.
