Pay Range: $17.89 - $25.05 (D.O.E - dependent on experience)

The Treatment Coordinator provides non-clinical coordination for individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions, focusing on service linkage, resource navigation, care continuity, and documentation in compliance with MN Statutes. This role may also support ancillary services that assist clients in maintaining stability and daily functioning.
