SALARY: $60,000 - $65,000
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: Director, Human Resources
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
The Position Control/Business Analytics Manager manages the district's positions and FTEs for all contractual and hourly positions, with a focus on continued optimization of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and its expandable platforms; i.e. ESuite and Benefits Administration. This position maintains all employee changes and data in the HRI system and ensures integration of HRIS with internal and external data sources. The position is responsible for training of middle and end users of the system. The Position Control/Business Analytics Manager provides support to the Assistant Superintendent, and the Executive Director and Director of Human Resources and Legal Services by preparing data reports upon request. This position is responsible for continued optimization of the HRI System through implementation of new platforms and interfaces to enhance employee tracking capabilities and employee Human Resources service experience. This position requires a unique blend of polished executive skills with respect to decorum, communication responsibility and public engagement while balancing the day-to-day operation and technical support needs of the district.
The workload may require longer and more flexible hours to meet necessary deadlines than what is typical of office professionals at the school level. Similarly, the position requires the ability to problem solve successfully with all those who may call with urgent concerns or questions. It is expected that attention and response be provided in an equitable, timely and professional manner. Attention to customer service towards internal clients and external clients is a high priority.
