Job summary

BD is seeking a Posiflush Production Operator in Columbus West to produce quality Posiflush syringes on schedule. You will work with fellow operators to meet line goals while maintaining cleanliness and compliance with BD quality systems and safety regulations.

Responsibilities include quality checks, adjusting equipment for quality and throughput, and supporting line technicians as needed. A High School diploma or two years of manufacturing experience is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Two years manufacturing experience required if no diploma.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operations for product quality and equipment performance.
• Make adjustments to equipment to maintain process quality and productivity.
• Assist with product or equipment changeovers.
• Maintain clean and organized machinery, work areas and floors.
