Job summary

BD is seeking a Fillroom operator in Columbus, Nebraska to oversee the production of Posiflush syringes in a clean room. You will monitor equipment, perform quality checks, and maintain documentation while collaborating with teammates to meet production targets.

Basic education and manufacturing experience are acceptable; strong attention to detail and adherence to BD quality systems are essential. This role emphasizes on-site collaboration and compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED preferred.
• In lieu of High School diploma/GED, three years manufacturing experience is required.
• Ability to read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate fillroom equipment to produce Posiflush syringes at or above established rates.
• Perform quality checks and maintain GMP standards.
• Keep work area clean and organized; ensure safe operation of equipment.
