Reliable transportation with basic low‑voltage tools (Cat5 cable, cable tester, punch‑down tool, ladder, etc.).
Android or iPhone mobile device with 4G and laptop computer.
Experience installing, troubleshooting, repairing, or replacing low‑voltage cabling for POS systems and networked wireless printers.
Knowledge of hard‑wired and wireless devices: routers, switches, firewalls, access points.
Excellent communication skills to translate technology issues into plain language.
Kind and polite attitude with willingness to go the extra mile.
Passion for making customers happy.
