Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a Sales Merchandising Specialist responsible for stocking, merchandising, rotation, and placing permanent POS materials. You will manage POS installations across accounts and ensure high visibility displays.

The role involves collaborating with store owners and staff, staging POS materials ahead of time, and supporting sales initiatives with effective in-store setups. Flexible hours may be required to meet account needs.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining stock and product displays.
• Ability to install and rotate POS materials.
• Willingness to work extra hours when required.
• Good communication with store owners and staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with account owners, managers and employees.
• Complete daily work as scheduled, including extra hours.
• Pre-stage permanent and Litho POS materials in designated areas.
• Install permanent and paper POS in accounts as directed by supervisor and sales staff.
• Ensure POS is visible, properly installed and approved.
• Verify days before activity with the scheduler for additional needs.
