The Implementation Specialist performs onsite installation and training services for implementation of Agilysys software and resold hardware products. The Implementation Specialist will primarily operate as a secondary or team resource to an established Project Lead and/or Project Manager or may be positioned to lead portions of a project as part of a project team during an installation engagement. The Implementation Specialist must be able to efficiently manage the planning and communication of assigned project tasks, communicate professionally to co-workers, project stakeholders and customers, learn new products and processes quickly, balance multiple priorities, and develop a solid understanding of Agilysys products (hardware and software) in all vertical markets.
The position requires ~ 90% travel across the United States and Internationally, with limited advanced notice.
Must be willing to complete all license applications, background checks, security checks and/or any other documentation and provide copies of any identification documents required by any State, Federal or Tribal governmental agency in order to maintain compliance with their laws and to successfully perform in the role.
