Job summary

PAQ, Inc. in Stockton, CA is seeking a full-time Combo Clerk to serve as the customer’s main point of contact at the register and ensure accurate cash handling. You will reconcile cash drawers and assist with tasks across departments as needed.

Responsibilities include processing cash and various forms of payment, identifying produce items, and utilizing POS and SCO systems with attention to detail. Training is provided; 18+ required; weekend/evening shifts may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience needed; on-the-job training provided.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and resolve concerns with supervisor assistance as needed.
• Accurately identify produce items and process produce codes.
• Process all forms of transactions: cash, checks, coupons, and electronic payments (debit, credit, gift cards, EBT, and WIC).
• Operate POS systems and self-checkout stations; balance till at end of shift.
