Responsibilities

• Work the message center, handling billing inquiries and research, processing billing changes, outreach for group payment allocations, and contacting groups about billing and premium inquiries.
• Research and respond to escalated requests.
• Assist with training new and existing team members.
• Communicate daily with various internal departments.
• Communicate with external client contacts and participate in client calls/ meetings as requested by management.
• Contact enrollees to obtain missing information, explain procedures, answer questions, and other inquiries.
• Contact Producers on billing and premium related inquiries.
• Partner with the Service team to ensure procedures are followed.
• Other duties as assigned.

This position is responsible for processing all activities in the Policy Owner Services department in a timely manner utilizing extensive knowledge of policy rules, procedures and operations for a large client of illumifin.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for working the message center, handling billing inquires and research, processing billing changes, research and outreach for group payment allocations and making calls to groups related to billing and premium inquiries.


2. Research and respond to escalated requests.


3. Assist with training new and existing team members.


4. Communicate daily with various internal departments.


5. Communicate with external client contacts and participate in client conference calls/meetings as requested by management.


6. Contact enrollees to obtain missing information, explain procedures, answer questions, and other inquiries, as needed.


7. Contact with Producers on billing and premium related inquiries.


8. Partner with entire Service team to ensure procedures are being followed.


9. Other duties as assigned.
