We are looking for someone to connect with our community of gamers and help provide an exceptional player experience.

In this role, you will support our Portuguese-speaking players by addressing their questions, resolving issues, and encouraging vibrant community interaction. Your fluency in Portuguese will be essential in ensuring players receive the assistance they need in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to Portuguese-speaking gamers via multiple communication channels (email, chat, forums).
  • Engage with the community by monitoring player inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
  • Collect feedback from players and collaborate with internal teams to enhance gameplay experiences.
  • Assist in organizing community events that promote player interaction and satisfaction.
  • Identify trends and report significant issues or concerns to relevant teams.
  • Stay informed about the latest gaming trends and community interests to provide relevant support.
Qualifications
  • Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written) is essential. Include your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • A genuine passion for gaming, with familiarity across various gaming platforms.
  • Prior experience in customer service or community management is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work both collaboratively in a team and independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an initiative to support users proactively.
  • Comfortable using digital communication tools and technology.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when necessary.
