In this vital Entry Level role, you will assist our Portuguese-speaking clients by providing comprehensive support and guidance through their online pharmacy and telemedicine experiences. Your ability to communicate effectively in Portuguese will ensure that customers receive the assistance they need for their healthcare inquiries.

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Portuguese through phone, chat, and email
