  • Provide customer support in Portuguese via email, phone, and chat

  • Collaborate with product and support teams to address customer feedback
  • Offer guidance on best practices for using the platform effectively
  • Stay informed about updates and changes to the platform
  • Participate in team training to enhance service skills
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
