Mercier Consultancy is seeking a talented Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Smart Home Technology Department client. In this innovative role, you will provide exceptional support to our Portuguese-speaking customers, helping them navigate and utilize our smart home products and services.

Your fluency in Portuguese will be essential as you assist clients with inquiries about product features, installation processes, and troubleshooting technical issues. You will play a key role in fostering positive customer experiences and enhancing the adoption of smart home technology among our users. This is an Entry Level position for work for our client in sunny Greece.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer service in Portuguese through phone, email, and chat regarding smart home technology inquiries
  • Assist customers with understanding product features, setup procedures, and troubleshooting
  • Provide prompt resolution to customer questions and concerns
  • Document all customer interactions and support requests in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with the technical team to address complex issues and escalations
  • Gather feedback from customers about products and services to support continuous improvement
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in smart home technology
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
  • Prior experience in customer service, especially in technology or smart home solutions, is preferred
