Mercier Consultancy is searching for a dedicated Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Online Travel & Tour Packages Department for one of our clients. In this essential Entry Level role, you will provide outstanding support to our Portuguese-speaking customers, assisting them with their travel inquiries and helping them navigate our diverse range of tour packages.

Your fluency in Portuguese will be pivotal as you guide clients through the booking process, answer questions about destinations, and resolve any issues they may encounter. By offering personalized assistance, you will contribute to creating memorable travel experiences for our valued customers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat related to travel and tour packages
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding itineraries, bookings, and travel logistics
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain thorough records of customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Work closely with travel consultants and booking teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to improve our travel offerings
  • Stay updated on travel destinations, packages, and promotions to provide informed recommendations
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, with strong communication skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities
  • Prior experience in customer service, especially in the travel or tourism industry, is preferred
  • Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
