Mercier Consultancy is looking for a passionate Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Online Shopping Platforms Department for our client. In this dynamic Entry Level role, you will provide exceptional support to our Portuguese-speaking customers, helping them navigate our online shopping platforms and ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience.

Your fluency in Portuguese will be essential as you assist clients with inquiries related to product information, order status, returns, and any other concerns they may have. By offering knowledgeable and friendly service, you will play a key role in fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty in our e-commerce operations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service in Portuguese through phone, email, and chat regarding online shopping inquiries
  • Assist customers with product details, order placements, and returns processing
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and courteously
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Gather customer feedback to contribute to continuous service improvement
  • Stay updated on current promotions, product offerings, and trends in the online shopping space
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, with excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities
  • Prior experience in customer service, particularly in e-commerce, is preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
