Job summary

Lifetouch is hiring a part-time team member for the JCPenney Portrait Studio to capture fun photos and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment. You will interact with infants, children, and adults, delivering an exceptional customer experience from booking to final prints.

The position offers flexible scheduling, paid photo training, and competitive pay with incentives. Prior retail or photography exposure is a plus; evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 with HS diploma or GED.
• Previous retail, sales, service or photography experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with children and adults.
• Able to work in multiple studios as needed.

Responsibilities

• Capture photos that are fun and creative to exceed the customers’ expectations
• Perform the sales process to achieve Sales Average expectations
• Talk with potential customers and call existing customers to schedule and confirm sessions
• Provide a wonderful customer experience from start to finish
