Job summary

Lifetouch is seeking a part-time Team Member to capture fun, creative photos and drive sales at JCPenney portrait studios. You’ll greet customers, schedule sessions, and deliver an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Ideal candidates have a background in retail or photography and can work evenings and weekends. Training will cover photography and sales processes to help you exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age with high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous retail, sale, service, or photography experience is preferred.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with children and adults.
• Ability to work in multiple studios depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Capture photos that are fun and creative to exceed the customers’ expectations.
• Perform the sales process to achieve Sales Average expectations.
• Talk with potential customers and call existing customers to schedule and confirm sessions.
• Provide a wonderful customer experience from start to finish.
