Behavioral Health Solution's (BHS) team of mental health treatment professionals specializes in providing comprehensive behavioral health services for individuals residing in Skilled Nursing Facilities. As a leading provider of behavioral health services, we are seeking skilled professionals of the highest caliber who share our commitment to providing state-of-the-art mental health services to patients in the Portland, OR area.

We are looking for qualified Independently Licensed Therapists (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Therapy team in Portland, OR.

Whether you join as a W2 Employee or an Independent Contractor, you will have the freedom to create your own schedule, hours, and size of caseload you desire!

Responsibilities:

1. Completes diagnostic evaluations, diagnosis, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and consulting both in-person in Skilled Nursing Facilities and remotely using company-provided Telehealth software.
2. Completes documentation in a timely fashion remotely in our EMR (Athena I).
3. Compliance with agency policies and procedures.

Requirements:

1. Master of Social Work, Counseling, or other eligible master's degree and Oregon licensure as an LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
2. NPI (National Provider Identifier).
3. Professional Liability Insurance.
4. Credentialed with Medicaid/Medicare a PLUS!
5. Some facilities may require up-to-date vaccinations or appropriate exemptions.
6. TB Test.
7. CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.
