AMN Healthcare Leadership Solutions | B.E. Smith seeks an Interim Director of Perioperative Services in Portland, OR.

You will lead peri-operative nursing services, reporting to the Senior Director of Nursing, and ensure operational, HR, quality, and financial oversight during leadership transition. The ideal candidate has strong peri-operative and nursing leadership experience, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt quickly.

Qualifications

• BSN required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Active RN license required. An Oregon license can be expedited.
• Previous nursing leadership experience at the Director level and strong peri-operative/surgical services experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for peri-operative nursing services during a leadership transition.
• Report to the Senior Director of Nursing.
• Oversee operational, human resource, quality, and financial management of the department.
• Support continuity during changes in department management and strengthen the peri-operative program.
• Communicate effectively to ensure smooth transition and continuity of care.
