Job Description
  • Deliver and expect compliance of all PWM required sales and operational policies and initiatives.
  • Support the company expectation and lead by example to achieve sales and profitability through sales generation, customer service, expense control, visual presentation, and inventory management.
  • Partner with store manager to develop business and marketing strategies to increase store sales and profitability.
  • Provide leadership, training and development; retain strong sales teams, provide positive feedback and coaching, redirect, retrain and manage performance.
  • Contributes to control expenses through promotional and pricing compliance, loss prevention, employee retention and following general store expense budgets.
  • Consistent written and verbal communication with Store Manager and Area Manager and other departmental groups as needed regarding stores performance.
  • Complies with all company policies and procedures and ensures store team is compliant.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
Job Expectations
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Support store manager in effectively plan, organize, delegate, evaluate and provide feedback.
  • Effective problem solving skills.
  • Meets deadlines when manager is not present.
  • Understands and drives store statistical performance including, but not limited to, UPT, ADS, conversion within store.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with store employees, management and customers. Excellent listening and writing skills.
