Portfolio Valuation Analyst - Alternative Investments

Apply now to join our team supporting the daily valuation process of alternative assets. Responsibilities include performing valuation analysis, developing financial models (e.g., discounted cash flow, market approach), and reviewing methodologies in compliance with global standards. You will analyze valuation and liquidity data, presenting insights to senior leaders and committees.

**Qualifications:**

  • At least 3 years of experience in constructing and reviewing financial models for private equity, private credit, and other alternative assets.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, analytical skills, and ability to interpret financial statements and market news.
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks for alternative investments, including accounting standards.
  • Effective communication skills for diverse audiences, including senior management and oversight committees.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams, managing ambiguity with sound judgment.
  • Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • CPA or CFA Level 1 preferred but not required.

**Salary Range:**

  • New York: $113,270 - $181,232
  • Orange County: $98,869 - $158,190
  • Hampton Roads: $83,376 - $133,402

**Benefits:**
