Job summary

BCI Orion Portfolio Solutions, LLC DBA Brinker Capital Investments seeks a Portfolio Specialist to execute trade orders, monitor markets, and align client portfolios with model guidance from the Investment team.

The role requires Series 65 or Series 7/66 licenses, a bachelor’s degree in a financial field, and at least 3 years in financial services. The position offers hybrid work with on-site days and proximity to Omaha, NE.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related financial field required.
Series 65 license or Series 7 and 66 licenses required or obtained within 90 days of hire.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Proven experience in trading and portfolio management within asset management or financial institution.
Strong understanding of markets, strategies, and risk management.

Responsibilities

Execute trade orders for Brinker Capital client accounts.
Monitor market conditions and seek best execution by considering liquidity, market impact, and costs.
Develop and maintain relationships with third-party money managers, dealers, and custodians.
Analyze markets, macro trends, and securities to identify opportunities and risks.
Stay informed on regulatory changes and market developments impacting trading decisions.
Develop and implement risk management strategies to protect portfolio value.
Perform account maintenance trading (contributions, withdrawals).
Invest new client accounts to the 3rd party or discretionary model.
Monitor portfolio drift and rebalance according to protocols.
Prepare performance reports including trade summaries and attribution analysis.
Collaborate with reporting teams to ensure timely client reporting.
Maintain knowledge of modeling and order-creation systems.
Produce internal reports relating to orders promptly and accurately.
Stay current on market conditions and liquidity sources.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
