This temporary remote role requires ETZ location, full-time hours (8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST), Monday–Friday, through December 31, 2026, with potential extension. Ideal candidates have trading experience, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with portfolio models and investment operations.

Qualifications

• Trading experience is required.
• Minimum 4 years in the financial services industry.
• Knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
• Experience with portfolio models, account reviews, trade execution, or investment operations is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and daily Excel use.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and standard business apps.

Responsabilités

• Overlay accounts to pre-defined trading models and execute trades based on product guidelines.
• Analyze account and portfolio data to identify outliers or variances between current positions and established models.
• Assist with reviewing accounts to ensure they meet portfolio manager specifications and product guidelines.
• Mock up and build trades based on investment models and individual account requirements.
• Support money managers with day-to-day trading and portfolio review activities.
• Follow established procedures and guidelines while applying sound judgment to routine trading and account-review decisions.

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Reviewer to support an Asset Management Services Group.

Job Summary

Under general supervision, the Portfolio Reviewer will use advanced knowledge and skills gained through experience and/or training to assist money managers by executing trades based on product models and established guidelines.

This role involves reviewing investment accounts, analyzing portfolio data, identifying variances from established models, and building trades in accordance with portfolio guidelines. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, financial markets knowledge, and hands-on trading experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Overlay accounts to pre-defined trading models and execute trades based on product guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of recent experience within the financial services industry.
• General knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
• Experience with portfolio models, account reviews, trade execution, or investment operations is highly preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with Excel on a daily basis.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook and other standard business applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to follow established procedures and guidelines.

Trading experience is mandatory.

Candidates must be located in the Eastern Time Zone.

Must be available to work full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST.

Candidates must have no other work commitments or planned vacation during the assignment.
