Job summary

Aldrich Wealth in Carlsbad, CA, seeks a detail-oriented Trader to join our investment team. You will trade and rebalance client portfolios, monitor asset allocations, and manage Tamarac trading software across reporting needs.

The role is full-time with a hybrid schedule, supporting high-net-worth clients and collaborating with senior traders and client services. A Finance/Business degree is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience trading and/or performance reporting is required.
• Familiarity with trading software and reporting tools (Tamarac) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and accurately trade and rebalance client accounts.
• Ensure asset allocation and tactical allocations are implemented and reviewed.
• Ensure consistency of trading models and models in reporting.
• Generate portfolio reviews with proposed recommendations.
• Manage trading software to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain reporting software to ensure accurate data.
