Job summary

Bridgewater Associates in Westport, CT is seeking a candidate to operate the systematized investment logic used to create client portfolios and trades. You will oversee data ingestion, portfolio construction, risk controls, and trade execution in collaboration with the trading and research teams.

You will communicate with senior investment managers, traders, and developers, and partner with technologists to continuously improve the processes and implement new logic or portfolios.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree from an accredited undergraduate institution with an anticipated graduation date in Spring/Summer 2027.
• Relevant internship experience at an investment bank or asset management firm.

Responsibilities

• Operate the systematized investment logic to generate client portfolios and trades.
• Oversee data ingestion from markets and research inputs to drive portfolio construction and risk controls.
• Oversee selection of instruments and execution of trades with the trading department.
• Communicate insights and assessments to senior investment managers, traders, and developers.
• Collaborate with technologists and researchers to improve processes and implement new logic or portfolios.
