Job summary

Southern California Edison (SCE) is seeking a Principal Manager - Portfolio Strategy, Compliance & Systems Enablement to lead the strategic direction for customer programs, drive regulatory compliance, and manage complex budgets. Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience managing a team and leading customer programs.
• Experience with regulatory, operational, or analytical functions.

Responsibilities

• Develops the strategic direction and long-term vision for Customer programs and ensures program goals align to SCE objectives.
• Leads a team responsible for the day-to-day execution of strategy that is carried out through program delivery.
• Collaborates and maintains relationships with customers, regulatory agencies, industry partners, and internal departments to ensure program success and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversees complex negotiations to protect SCE's and ratepayers' interests while achieving desired program outcomes.
• Accountable for program compliance by interpreting and implementing regulatory decisions, tariffs, and legislation, and proactively adapting to evolving requirements.
• Manages budgets and allocates resources effectively to support program initiatives including funding for customer incentives, technology investments, marketing campaigns, and program evaluation activities.
• Provides guidance, coaching and performance management to team members fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
