Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Business required.
• 1–3 years in program operations, business analysis, consulting, or client-facing roles.
• Experience in life sciences clinical studies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted support on scoped proposals and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate on product-development projects with project managers.
• Track revenue KPIs for assigned programs and report findings.
• Build dashboards integrating clinical, operational, and financial data.
• Assist with abstract and protocol development and manage peak workloads.
• Lead site outreach and help develop site networks and management.
• Develop playbooks, work Instructions, and onboarding materials.
• Prepare weekly/monthly client slide decks for leadership readouts.
