Solar Landscape is seeking a Senior Manager, Portfolio Reporting and Compliance, to lead portfolio reporting and financing compliance. You will build and manage a team, acting as the primary accounting contact for lenders, tax equity investors, and auditors.

You will oversee three areas: portfolio reporting, financing transactions, and compliance throughout the operating life of projects, working with finance, legal, investments, and asset management in a high-visibility role.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
• CPA, CFA, MBA or master's in finance strongly preferred.
• 8+ years in project finance, portfolio management, fund accounting, public accounting, or investment banking; at least 2 years of people management.
• Deep knowledge of debt agreements, LLC and partnership agreements, and tax equity structures.
• Expert Excel and modeling skills including liquidity, waterfall, and covenant compliance; ability to review others' models.
• Experience in renewable energy, solar assets, or fund accounting is strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycle for all portfolios and financing vehicles.
• Lead budget vs. actual and variance analysis; present drivers to senior leadership.
• Design and improve reporting packages, including KPIs and dashboards.
• Oversee portfolio budgets and liquidity forecasting.
• Set accounting policy for complex portfolio matters and document technical memos under US GAAP.
• Lead the accounting workstream on new debt, tax equity, and other financing transactions.
